Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 の Article 41 罰則
さて、

の Article 41 に Penalty「罰則」 がありますね、
これは、現行法令のうちで、法令内に罰則規定がないものに対して適用される様です。
ただし、この規則による適用は加盟国に対してで、
- 国内法に罰則規定がなければ作りなさい
- 2021/10/16 までに作った事を委員会に通知しなさい
となっています。

たぶん国によってだとは思いますが、、、）
記載は次のとおり、
１．加盟国は、経済事業者にその義務を課す附属書IIにリストされた連合整合法と
本規則の侵害に適用される罰則に関する規則を定めるものとする 。
そして、加盟国は国内法で実装されることを保証するために
必要なすべての措置を講じなければならない。
２．規定されている罰則は、
効果的で、釣り合いがとれ、抑制的でなければなりません。
３．加盟国は2021年10月16日までに、これらの規定を委員会に通知し、
以前に通知されていなかった場合、
遅滞なくそれらに影響を与える修正を通知するものとする。
と言うことです。
